Thomas Elmer hunt, birth

From the Hebron Ward Records, Thomas E[lmer] Hunt, son of Jefferson Hunt and Celestia Terry, was born 17 Dec 1882 in Thurber, Piute, Utah.

Thurber was later called Bicknell and when Wayne County was created in 1892  this part of Piute County was incorporated into Wayne County.

Jefferson Hunt, son of Amos Hunt and N[ancy] G[arret] Welborn, was born 29 Oct 1852 in Weber, Utah.  The town is not specified.  Family lore says he was born in Mound Fort, but this is not possible, since the announcement to "fort up" was not made until July 1853.

He was then blessed 2 Jun 1875 by John L. Smith.  He would have been pretty old to have a baby blessing at this age.  Is this a Patriarchal Blessing?

His baptism is recorded as 1860.  No day and month given.

Jefferson was received back into the Hebron Ward from Rabbit-Valley in Nov 1883 after a short stay there.
